Atsu is the head chef and owner of beloved Japanese cafe Tsuko Japan in Korumburra.
Since opening in 2024, Tsuko has been serving up fresh sushi, teishoku sets, ramen, and curries, bringing Atsu’s Japanese culture and cuisine to the South Gippsland community.
