Trevor is the executive chef and founder at Warragul restaurant Hogget Kitchen. Trevor opened Hogget in 2017 on the Wild Dog Winery property in Warragul South, and since day one his menu has championed seasonal and local produce, with a nose to tail cooking philosophy.
Hogget Kitchen has been awarded one Chef’s Hat from The Age Good Food Guide for many years running.
